The Head of the Directorate of Opiates and Psychotropic Substances Undertakings in Anbar Governorate, Brigadier General Akram Mishaan Al-Rashed, reported on Friday the capture of around 3 million opiate pills in an activity to find street pharmacists and advertisers in all urban areas of Anbar.
Al-Rashed told that “the Anbar Governorate Medication Directorate held onto roughly 3 million opiate pills and different materials during the principal half of this current year, noticing that 350 vendors were captured during this period.”
He went on to say, “The campaign to track down drug dealers and traffickers is still ongoing and is proceeding according to the plan that the security leadership has drawn up for it.”
