Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Mohammed Nouri, revealed nowadays, Saturday, that the Kurdistan location has not completely introduced oil and non-oil revenues to the federal government, indicating that there are violations associated with the non-switch of the due amounts.
Nouri explained in a declaration to / dinaropinions.com / agency, that “the area has no longer completely delivered any sales to the federal authorities,” justifying this “by the lack of salaries, which is incorrect, as salaries are brought monthly from the federal authorities to the area frequently.”
He delivered that “there are big non-oil revenues, exceeding 4 billion, that have not been transferred to the federal authorities, in addition to the existence of unofficial oil export operations, executed thru smuggling and unlawful shops inclusive of deserts and ports.”
He stressed that “these violations require on the spot movement through the federal authorities to make sure the implementation of laws and deal with violations that affect financial justice among the governorates.”
