When the government will be established is unknown to us. There isn’t much news. Ultimately, they are keeping the rate change highly secret. They are withholding from us all information that may be analyzed to determine when the rate will change, such as the formation of the government. There aren’t many hints. There seem to be absolutely no hints emerging. They are now enforcing quite stringent regulations on this matter. They may set up the entire situation such that we receive little to no updates until the day the rate changes.

According to PDK, there are rumors that at the end of the month, someone will swap for $59,300 USD per million dong. The bank provided them with this amount. The first of next week is set aside for their potential swap.so that we can determine whether or not this is true. The rate will still be far greater than that, in my opinion. There have been rates populating and disappearing on bank screens.
