The Iraqi House of Representatives decided on Sunday to postpone its session.
According to a statement from the parliament’s Media Department, Badr Al-Fahhal took the constitutional oath as a new member of the House of Representatives, in line with Article 50 of the Constitution.
After the oath was taken, parliament announced that the session would be postponed.
No further details were given on the reason for the delay or when the next session will be held.
