The US dollar stayed steady in Baghdad markets on Saturday morning, while prices dipped slightly in Erbil.
In Baghdad, the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges recorded 149,850 Iraqi dinars for every 100 US dollars. This was the same rate seen at the end of last week. In local markets, prices also held firm, with the selling rate at 150,250 dinars and the buying rate at 149,250 dinars.
In Erbil, the picture was a bit different. Traders said the selling price of the dollar edged down slightly, reaching about 149,550 dinars per 100 US dollars.
Overall, the dollar remained stable in most markets, with only a small drop seen in Erbil.
