Today, Sunday, Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil of Nineveh made the announcement that all province residents will receive a single payment totaling 77 billion and a half billion dollars as compensation for 8500 transactions.
“The names will be published later,” the governor said in a press release.
He mentioned that he met with members of the Ministry of Finance’s Budget and Accounting Departments, as well as Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani and Minister of Finance Taif Sami.
