MP Haider al-Mutairi said on Thursday that the next parliamentary session must focus on passing several key laws, especially the Unified Retirement Law and the Private Higher Education Law.
Speaking to the Information Agency, al-Mutairi explained that these laws directly affect people’s daily lives and should be treated as top priorities. He said the Unified Retirement Law would bring fairness to employees and retirees, while the Private Higher Education Law would help organize and regulate the work of private universities and institutes.
He added that passing these laws would improve how government institutions perform and bring more stability to the legal system. Al-Mutairi stressed that the upcoming parliament carries a big responsibility and must put citizens first by setting political disagreements aside and moving these laws forward.
