Baghdad Game Lab has announced a new partnership with HP to boost gaming, esports, and digital skills in Iraq.
The collaboration will run through HP’s Gaming Garage program. The goal is simple: give young Iraqis the tools and training they need to succeed in the digital world.
Iraq has a very young population, with more than 60% under the age of 25. This initiative aims to tap into that energy by teaching skills like coding, game development, creative problem-solving, and digital entrepreneurship.
As Iraq’s tech and creative sectors continue to grow, the program hopes to prepare the next generation for real opportunities in gaming and beyond — helping turn passion into careers.
