The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, announced on Sunday that they had reached an agreement with Federal Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani to secure citizens’ salaries.
Barzani announced that a deal had been reached with Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani to ensure citizens receive their salaries.
On Sunday, the Kurdistan Democratic Party confirmed that the Council of Ministers had approved sending 700 billion dinars to the Kurdistan Region.
On Sunday, Member of Parliament Baqir Al-Saadi provided an update on the ongoing meetings aimed at resolving the issue of unpaid salaries for Kurdistan Region employees. He confirmed that one of the key agreements reached in the meetings was to link the salaries of the region’s employees with the Ministry of Finance.
