Zuhair Shahid Al-Fatlawi, Ishraqa Kanoon’s representative, demanded that the government send the schedules for the current year 2024 to the House of Representatives as soon as possible on Sunday.
“The delay reflects negatively on the implementation of important service projects, pointing out that many lagging and stalled projects have not yet been completed due to the lack of approval of the schedules,” Al-Fatlawi stated.
“The budget tables were supposed to reach the House of Representatives at the beginning of this year, as they did not change,” he continued.
“Most projects are currently suspended, and only employee salaries are being paid,” he went on to say.
