The “Future Iraq” Foundation for Economic Studies and Consultations predicted on Friday that American exports to Iraq would exceed $2 billion this year, marking the first time in five years.
According to a report published today, Manar Al-Obaidi, the head of the foundation, stated that US exports to Iraq will exceed two billion dollars for the first time in five years. They were exporting aircraft and car parts, wheat crops, and equipment for electrical energy production to support this growth.
According to him, US exports to Iraq between 2018 and 2022 are approximately one billion dollars. He further stated that in 2023, the value of US exports to Iraq is expected to exceed two billion dollars, and there is a possibility that it could surpass India’s exports to Iraq.
