Ali Akbar Ahmadian, the representative of the Supreme Leader in Iran’s Defense Council, confirmed Friday that Iran has established what he described as a new regional equation based on its defensive strength and complex military operations.
Ahmadian said that the leadership of Iran’s armed forces had implemented precise defensive strategies, claiming these measures enabled them to defeat their enemies and maintain control of the military situation.
He also addressed a message to leaders in Iraqi Kurdistan, stating that Iran had carried out operations targeting U.S. and Israeli bases as well as separatist groups operating in the region. According to him, these actions were intended to protect Iran’s national interests and maintain regional security.
His remarks reflect ongoing regional tensions involving Iran, the United States, Israel, and Kurdish areas of northern Iraq, where Tehran has previously accused armed groups of launching attacks or planning operations against Iranian territory.
