Dr. Haider Mohammed Makiyya (pictured), Chairman of Iraq’s countrywide funding commission (NIC), has introduced the usa’s first “real estate Developer” application aimed toward supplying less expensive serviced residential plots for residents, in partnership with the personal zone.
