Iraq’s Ministry of Justice stated on Thursday it has gained 32 legal and arbitration cases over the past 3 years, filed by using foreign entities and international businesses.
in step with the ministry, the recovered amounts totaled $2,599,885,345 and €40,000,000.
It defined the outcome as a part of its “broader strategy to reinforce the rule of regulation and uphold Iraq’s felony status worldwide by improving institutional performance and developing understanding in arbitration and global law.”
