Dhi Qar Oil organisation (DQOC) has signed a Heads of settlement (HOA) with a consortium comprising KBR (united states of america), Dragon Oil (UAE), and Al Hurra global to develop the Abu Amoud and Saba [Subba] oilfields in Dhi Qar Governorate. The task can be undertaken as an included funding mission.
The signing rite passed off under the patronage of Deputy prime Minister for energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Eng. Hayan Abdulghani Al-Sawad.
Deputy Minister for Upstream Affairs, Bassem Mohammed Khudair, said that the Ministry will circulate forward with negotiations to attain a final contract in keeping with Iraq’s oilfield improvement plans.
Saeed Zgair Shlaka, Director general of Dhi Qar Oil company, stated the goal is to reinforce crude manufacturing and extend centers for fuel processing, compression, and dehydration to decorate gas utilisation at each fields.
Attendees protected the administrators general of the Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate (PCLD), the Reservoirs and field improvement Directorate, the research, making plans and observe-Up Directorate, and deputies from the Technical and Contracts Directorates.
