Iraqi Ambassador to Tehran: Trade with Iran exceeds $10 billion

The Iraqi minister to Tehran, Naseer Abdul Mohsen Abdullah, expressed that monetary exchange among Iran and Iraq has surpassed $10 billion, communicating his expectation that the figure will ascend to $20 billion.

Abdullah said during a gathering with the legislative leader of Semnan city, “There are numerous strict and social shared traits between the Iranian and Iraqi people groups,” focusing on Iraq’s status to “lay out joint modern units with Semnan region.”

He called attention to that “the underlying chief strategies for laying out modern units in Semnan region are on the plan.”

“Joint economic cooperation, particularly with Semnan province, in specific fields of work such as industry, agriculture, and mining can be beneficial to Iran and Iraq,” Abdullah went on to say.
