She informed me that there are no lower denomination bills in circulation when I spoke with her recently. I instructed her to inquire about lesser denomination notes at several locations throughout the hospital. She replied to my email by saying that she had a conversation with the administrator, who informed her that there are no notes of smaller denomination.
