MarkZ: Vietnam has announced that it will legalize cryptocurrency and enact a significant technological law that will enable the country to transition to what is known as the QFS. The technology has been adopted by them. Article: “A new digital technology law in Vietnam legalizes cryptocurrency.” The foundation for modernization and the new financial system is being laid by IMO Vietnam. For those of us who own VND, I think this is wonderful news.
