Iraqis Join Entrepreneurship and Agribusiness Training Programme

On 12 July 2025, the United international locations Institute for schooling and research (UNITAR) welcomed 524 young participants from Egypt, Iraq, and Lebanon to the Japan-funded “upward push LAB: Igniting adolescents ability thru Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and economic Resilience” education programme.

Designed as a multi-phase technique, this programme pursuits to empower encouraged entrepreneurs and leaders, both women and men, from Egypt, Iraq, and Lebanon, who are eager to create and enforce progressive neighborhood solutions to decorate food safety and improve the broader non-public area.

The 524 contributors, elderly between 18 and forty, come from various backgrounds in the three international locations: 291 contributors from Iraq, 123 from Egypt, and 110 from Lebanon.
