The US Energy Information Administration reported a decrease in Iraq’s oil exports to the US last week.
According to the administration’s report, the average amount of crude oil imported by the US from nine significant countries in the past week was 5.506 million barrels daily. This is a decrease of 1.036 million barrels from the previous week, which had an average of 6.542 million barrels per day.
According to her, Iraq exported 85 thousand barrels of oil to America last week, which is down by 81 thousand barrels from the previous week. The last week’s average was 178 thousand barrels per day.
According to the administration, the highest oil revenues to America in the past week came from Canada, with an average of 3,572 million barrels per day. Mexico followed with an average of 633 million barrels per day, while Saudi Arabia’s oil revenues amounted to an average of 316 thousand barrels per day. Lastly, Brazil contributed an average of 255 thousand barrels per day to the oil revenues.
As per the administration, the United States imports crude oil from Ecuador at a rate of 233 thousand barrels per day, from Colombia at a rate of 214 thousand barrels per day, from Nigeria at a rate of 111 thousand barrels per day, and from Libya at a rate of 87 thousand barrels per day. However, no oil is imported from Russia.
