Iraq's oil exports to US surpass 5 mn barrels in June

The US Energy Data Organization (EIA) declared, on Saturday, that Iraq sent out north of 5,000,000 barrels of unrefined petroleum to the US in June.

“Iraq sent out 5.425 million barrels of unrefined petroleum to the US in June, averaging 180,000 barrels each day. This addresses a lessening from May’s figures, where Iraqi oil commodities to the US added up to 5.806 million barrels, averaging 187,000 barrels each day.”

EIA proceeded, “Iraq sent out a normal of 228,000 barrels each day to the US in the principal seven day stretch of June. This figure dropped to a normal of 164,000 barrels each day in the subsequent week, then expanded to 195,000 barrels each day in the third week, prior to settling at a normal of 191,000 barrels each day in the fourth week.”

As far as generally oil products to the US for June, Iraq positioned fifth, following Canada, which was the biggest oil exporter to the US, trailed by Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia.
