The date for the pension increase for insured workers was announced today, Thursday, by the Ministry of Labor’s Department of Retirement and Social Security for Workers.
“The increase recently approved by the Council of Ministers, in the pension salary for insured workers, will begin on the first of next July,” the Department’s Director-General, Kholoud Hiran, said in a statement.
According to a regulatory equation for those whose pension does not exceed (700) thousand dinars and includes the retiree (service and disability), the Council of Ministers had previously voted to increase the pension salary for insured workers by no more than (150 thousand dinars).
