On Wednesday, the Federal Ministry of Oil released information about the oil exports and revenues that were generated in the month of June.
According to the latest figures released by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company SOMO, the amount of crude oil exports totaled 100,059,052 barrels, resulting in $7,179,760,000 in revenue. The ministry has also issued a statement confirming these final statistics.
In June, the oil fields in central and southern Iraq exported a total of 98,725,620 barrels of crude oil. A total of 299,445 barrels were transported from warehouses to Jordan. The average price per barrel was $71,755.
He noted that 33 international companies of various nationalities loaded the exported quantities from different ports, including Basra, Khor Al-Zubayr, mono-buoys on the Gulf, the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean, and the modern Kirkuk warehouse using tank trucks.
