Member of the Parliamentary Oil, fuel and Wealth Committee Nazim Al-Shabli accused the Kurdistan vicinity on Tuesday of obstructing the approval of the Oil and gasoline regulation, considering the law the spirit of the political method.
Al-Shabli stated in a statement to / dinaropinions.com, “The approval of the Oil and gasoline regulation will make contributions to keeping the oil wealth,” noting that “Article 112 of the constitution stipulates that the federal authorities is accountable for drawing up oil regulations in coordination with the manufacturing regions and governorates.”
He introduced that “the dispute among Erbil and Baghdad is in the back of the failure to approve the regulation so far, and this is what the place is running on to postpone its approval within the Council of Representatives.”
He mentioned that “the Oil and fuel regulation represents the spirit of the political manner and a reason to remedy variations and manage oil revenues,” stressing that “the place is placing boundaries to save you the approval of the Oil and gas regulation.”
