Today, Wednesday, the delegate of Basra Governorate, Rafiq Al-Salihi, considered the choice to change over oil organizations from self-funding to focal supporting as an off-base choice.
“The new decision to return to the central model in managing the Iraqi oil industry may constitute a major setback for this sector,” Al-Salihi stated in an interview.
That’s what he added “such a choice could prompt a decrease in raw petroleum creation and subvert the public authority’s endeavors to accomplish independence in oil based goods.”
“We stand in solidarity with the demands of their employees to return to self-financing,” he said, “touching Basra oil companies.”
