The Board of directors of the commercial towns Authority, chaired by Minister of enterprise and Minerals Prof. Eng. Khaled Battal Al-Najm, has accredited new regulations for real property developers under its investment model.
those regulations are described because the first in their type in Iraq, setting up what they describe as clean requirements and guidelines to help the housing sector. They goal to provide serviced residential plots with complete infrastructure at low-priced charges, making sure inclusivity across all segments of society.
The framework may even set pathways for converting kingdom-owned land and land with usufruct rights into residential plots, aligned with international specs.
