The Iraqi Ministry of Oil has announced that crude oil manufacturing at the Nasiriyah and Saba [Subba] fields has been raised to a combined overall of 100,000 barrels according to day (bpd), as a part of the first phase of a broader integrated improvement plan.
Saeed Zghair Shallagha, Director general of Dhi Qar Oil business enterprise (DQOC), said that this increase is the end result of an extensive three-month effort led by countrywide engineering and technical groups. manufacturing at the Nasiriyah subject rose from 52,000 bpd to 70,000 bpd following the a success integration of seven newly drilled wells.
