Rafiq Hashem Al-Salhi, the Al-Fatah Alliance delegate, offered remarks on the federal government’s decision to pay the wages of the Kurdistan region today, Sunday.
“The Kurdistan government has numerous shortcomings in its interactions with the federal government, as it persists in smuggling oil without considering the penalties that arise from this matter,” Al-Salhi stated.
He noted that “all the political, security and economic files were not committed to by the regional government with Baghdad.”
