Zuhair Shahid Al-Fatlawi, a member of the Parliamentary Transport and Communications Committee, stated on Saturday that the Kirkuk Company’s debts to the state treasury must be paid in order to resolve its issues.

According to Al-Fatlawi, “Korek Communications Company resorted to the committee to settle the financial dues it owes to the state, but the company is owed millions of dollars that have not been paid for years.”

“Companies must pay their debts to the government in accordance with the Government Debt Collection Law,” he elaborated.

“Cork Company is delaying payment of the debts it has incurred,” he said in addition.
