The Parliamentary Integrity Committee urged Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani to remove Farhan Al-Fartousi as Director General of the General Company for Iraqi Ports due to corruption files on Saturday.
Board part Abdul Amir Al-Mayahy told , “The Chief General of the General Organization for Iraqi Ports actually appreciates full powers in spite of the perceptions and debasement documents he is blamed for.”
That’s what he added “the Parliamentary Expectation Council 160 requested that the Top state leader pull out his hand because of the presence of intense infringement, taking note of that the board has started to open the organization’s records.”
“Al-Fartousi refuses to answer the investigation committee’s questions and attempts to evade, highlighting that there are documents that incriminate the company and its director of manipulating public funds,” he continued.
