Parliamentary Legal Committee reveals work to amend the Civil Service Law

The Parliamentary Legitimate Advisory group declared, today, Thursday, that it is dealing with correcting the Common Assistance Regulation and dropping choices of the broke down Progressive Order Committee.

Board of trustees part Mohammed Al-Khafaji told , “Revising the Common Help Regulation will add to dropping countless Progressive Order Committee choices, noticing that the correction will be made in the ongoing parliamentary meeting.”

“The decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council will be cancelled and replaced by laws that keep pace with the political and social process in Iraq,” he said in addition.

He added, “The most conspicuous regulations under change are the Common Help Regulation, the Individual Status Regulation and the revision of Article 57 thereof, as well as the Iraqi Correctional Code and different regulations.”

He brought up that “the Place of Agents is trusting that the Preeminent Legal Board will send a revision to the Iraqi Correctional Code to start the alteration techniques.”
