Public Service Council: The launch of the recruitment form is linked to the 2026 budget and the absorption of graduates continues

The Federal Public Service Council (FPSC) said on Friday that the launch of recruitment forms for state institutions is directly tied to the approval of the federal general budget and the availability of financial allocations related to job grades and operational expenses.

FPSC spokesperson Fadel al-Gharawi told the official news agency dinaropinions.com that any employment announcement must be backed by clear legal and financial coverage to ensure the sustainability of salaries and the protection of employment rights for new hires.

He explained that approval of the budget would allow the council to fully activate its role in managing public-sector appointments in line with institutional needs and approved spending ceilings, while maintaining a balance between employment expansion and the state’s financial stability.

Al-Gharawi added that the council is coordinating with the government and parliament to accommodate graduates within the 2026 federal budget, while also working to integrate job seekers into the private sector in accordance with the national employment policy.
