Rafidain Bank instructed its offices to help citizens complete their transactions and address their concerns today, Tuesday.
In a statement obtained by dinaropinions.com, the media office of Rafidain Bank said that “the Director General of Rafidain Bank, Ali Karim Hussein, conducted an inspection tour that included a number of the bank’s branches in the framework of implementing the government program related to following up on citizens’ affairs.” Reviewing the status of banking work and ensuring its proper operation at certain branches is the goal of this visit.”
He said, “During the visit, the bank’s general manager met with a group of citizens, where he listened to their requests and suggestions to improve the level of services provided to them and work to overcome the obstacles they face in accordance with the legal instructions and procedures.”
He went on to say, “The Director General of Rafidain Bank directed to facilitate the completion of citizens’ transactions,” emphasizing “the importance of improving the workflow in the bank and enhancing direct communication with citizens in order to address their issues effectively.”
