There is no real choice: The disappointment of resistance groups in Iraq’s Kurdistan Area
Governmental issues in Iraq’s Kurdistan Area is fixated on the decision duopoly of the Kurdistan Leftist faction (KDP) and the Energetic Association of Kurdistan (PUK). The media, the economy, and the administration of state institutions are all heavily influenced by both parties.
Other ideological groups – extensively alluded to as the resistance – offer themselves as options in contrast to the KDP and the PUK, however are muddled, separated, and generally unfit to exploit public complaints about administration. They are not a viable alternative to the ruling parties at the moment.
