U.S.-based NIC4 Inc., also known as Network Innovations, has been awarded a new government contract worth about $18.8 million.
Under the deal, the company will provide cybersecurity hardware, general data-processing equipment, and support services. This includes installing and integrating the systems, offering extended warranties, and providing training. The contract also allows for additional equipment and services if needed later on.
The work will be carried out in Frederick, Maryland, and the project is expected to run through October 31, 2029.
At the time the contract was awarded, around $4.5 million in Fiscal Year 2026 Foreign Military Sales funds for Iraq were officially committed.
The contract is being managed by the U.S. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, which is overseeing the agreement.
In short, this is a long-term cybersecurity and technology project, backed by U.S. military funding, with Iraq listed as the foreign military sales customer.
