Ali Khudair, the director general of Dhi Qar Oil Company, reaffirmed today, Wednesday, that training and development would continue in order to raise the governorate’s level of oil production.

“The Dhi Qar Oil Company, under the guidance of the Ministry, continues training operations and development of infrastructure to raise efficiency,” Khudair stated in an interview.

He said, “The Ministry of Oil continues to support and emphasize the importance of training and infrastructure development in the oil sector by intensifying training programs for employees with the aim of enhancing their active role in the production process.”

Khudair highlighted that the Ministry of Oil is emphasizing on hands-on and field training, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to improve training quality and increase efficiency.

More than 150,000 barrels from the Gharraf field and 100,000 barrels from the Nasiriyah field make up the Dhi Qar Governorate’s oil fields’ daily output capability of more than 250,000 barrels.
