The World Heart Hotel in Baghdad has awarded DEX Squared hotel, a well-known UAE hotel management company, a contract to manage operations and oversee brand development.
The five-star hotel with 320 rooms will have 285 standard rooms, 35 suites, and 54 opulent apartments. The multimillion-dollar World Heart Hotel complex will have a conference center, two ballrooms, meeting rooms, and a 150-unit shopping mall with views of the Tigris River.
Abdullah Saleh Al-Jubouri, the World Heart Hotel’s owner, stated, “Setting the foundations of the World Heart Hotel marks a new era in the fields of investment and economic development for Iraq.” As a result, the partnership with DEX Squared Hospitality marks a new era in Iraqi luxury hospitality.
