Member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghiath Al-Surji, showed on Thursday that the variations between Baghdad and Erbil have precipitated the non-charge of salaries of the vicinity’s employees, noting that the citizen has end up a sufferer of the political variations among the 2 events.
