[via PDK] All I can hope is that some of the bond rumors we’re hearing are true. I’ve been reasonably informed about their meetings this week from a variety of my connections. They are overjoyed. According to their reports, the paymasters and lawyers in charge of bond redemptions for some groups have received funding but are not permitted to distribute until [this] week. Presumably, these paymasters have particular directives for distribution [this] week. Is it not necessary to disclose the rate in order for bonds to be paid? MarkZ: We need the rates, not bonds, in order to pay currencies. Do I believe that once the bonds are paid, they will disclose the rate? Indeed.
