A government source reveals the Sudanese position if an Israeli delegation is present at the Cairo conference

A source within the Iraqi government revealed on Saturday that the Iraqi delegation, led by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, would withdraw from the Cairo Peace Conference immediately if Israel is represented at the event.

The source reported that Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed with Egypt that no Israeli representative would attend the peace conference in Cairo before accepting his participation.

The Iraqi delegation will withdraw if anyone representing Israel is present, according to the source.

Al-Sudani arrived in Cairo this morning to attend a “peace” conference discussing the war on Gaza. He was invited by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

According to earlier reports from Tunisian and Algerian media, both countries are boycotting the Cairo Summit, which is set to begin in the Egyptian capital on Saturday, due to the presence of an Israeli delegation.

According to Tunisian Radio Mosaique and Algerian newspaper Al-Shorouk, Israel, the United States, Russia, and China will be sending diplomatic delegations to a conference. However, Tunisia and Algeria are boycotting the event.
