The Iraqi Drilling Company (IDC) has completed drilling oil well Zubair/475 to a depth of 2,402 meters.
The company has successfully drilled oil well Zubair/462 and reached a depth of 3,562 meters.
As per the contract signed with the Italian company ENI, these operations are aimed at drilling a total of 37 oil wells in the Zubair oil field located in Basra. Schlumberger is collaborating with the company on this project. So far, the company has successfully completed drilling operations for 28 wells as part of this project.
