Iraq, Saudi Arabia sign partnership agreement in industrial investments

On Wednesday, Iraq and Saudi Arabia signed a collaborative agreement on private-sector industrial projects.

The President of the Iraq Fund for Development signed a collaboration agreement for industrial investments between Saudi Arabia and Iraq, according to the DinarOpinions .

The Saudi ambassador to Iraq, Abdulaziz Al-Shammari, confirmed to INA that many opportunities are being studied to be proposed during the next few months.

According to Al-Shammari, the Saudi Arabian and Iraqi leaderships signed a partnership agreement.

The Saudi official stated that Saudi Arabia is interested in investing in the industrial, infrastructure, and real estate sectors, in collaboration with the Iraq Fund for Development through the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

According to Al-Shammari, the PIF has $3 billion available and is coordinating with Iraq to explore investment opportunities.
