The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), Barzani, has opened Iraq’s largest cardboard and packaging factory.
On Tuesday, Masrour Barzani inaugurated the Fabyab facility in Erbil. He expressed his satisfaction with the opening of the facility.
This factory boosts our agricultural sector by offering essential packaging and branding, ensuring our Kurdish products stand out globally.
The company has stated that its factory can produce one million meters of cardboard daily to meet domestic demand and export if needed. The factory has provided over 250 direct jobs for young people and created thousands of indirect jobs.
