The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed today that bank directors and the Central Bank governor will discuss the dollar crisis next week.
According to a statement by Committee member Mustafa Al-Karaawi, the Parliamentary Finance Committee plans to host the governor of the Central Bank and bank directors to discuss the recent rise of the US dollar and the crisis it has caused.
Al-Karaawi stated that during the meeting, they will discuss the reasons for non-compliance with the reform packages. They will also review the measures implemented to control the dollar exchange rate.
After consulting with those involved, the specific details of the new plans to regulate the dollar will be determined.
