Oil: Revenues last month amounted to more than $8 billion

On Friday, the Ministry of Oil confirmed that it earned over $8 billion last month.

The Ministry of Oil has released a statement announcing the total exports and revenues achieved in November. According to the preliminary statistics issued by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO), crude oil exports reached 102,975,782 barrels, generating $8.512 billion.

According to the statement, in November, Iraq’s central and southern oil fields exported 101,764,620 barrels of crude oil. Additionally, 172,383 barrels were exported to Jordan. Qayyarah, another oil field, exported 1,038,779 barrels during the same month.

He pointed out that the average daily quantity of exported oil was 3.433 million barrels at an average price of $82.66 per barrel.

The Ministry implemented this monthly measure to inform the public about export operations and resulting revenue.
