Parliamentary Electricity criticizes the ministry’s performance: It was not up to what was promised

Today, Saturday, the Parliamentary Power and Energy Board of trustees showed the feeble presentation of the Service of Power to confront the late spring, demonstrating that the Service’s arrangements to confront the mid year season were not at the level it guaranteed.

Board of trustees part MP Suhaila Al-Sultani told , “The breakdowns that are happening in electrical power during nowadays in all governorates show the shortcoming of the arrangements that the Service guaranteed for the late spring season.”

She added, “The panel is following up and being available persistently with the Service’s units to figure out the way that the interference hours have diminished in all areas, whether in Baghdad Governorate and the remainder of the governorates, to defeat troubles and lessen the interference hours, notwithstanding its affirmation of the continuation of the electrical flow outside the timetable for all clinics and different areas not covered by the interference.” “Al-Mabraj “

It is interesting to note that during the preparation period, many areas of Baghdad, the capital, as well as the central and southern governorates, are experiencing both continuous and intermittent power outages at peak times. Additionally, the scheduled interruption hours have increased in most areas, reaching four to five hours instead of the two hours of preparation.
