The head of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Atwan Al-Atwani, confirmed today that the Central Bank has made significant progress in restoring market stability and reducing the dominance of the dollar.
During the interview, Al-Atwani suggested that diversifying foreign currency sources is the only solution to address the increasing demand for the dollar in commercial transactions.
He reiterated the significance of this trend, highlighting it as a well-considered strategy that provides an effective solution for opening new horizons in facilitating commercial transaction procedures at various levels.
He said, “We fully support the Central Bank of Iraq as it works towards developing real solutions to the crisis.”
