A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Muhammad Nouri, identified two reasons for the delay in launching the 2023 budget until now on Monday.
Nouri explained the reason for the delay in launching the budget during an interview with program presenter Saleh Al-Hamdani on the “X” platform, followed by “Jarida”. He stated that the delay was due to the shortage of cash flow from the dinar and a 70% decline in cash dollars arriving from the Federal Reserve.
