The dollar declines against the dinar in the parallel market

The prices of the US dollar have slightly decreased on Sunday morning in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil, the capital city of Iraq.

A source reported that the opening of the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges caused the dollar prices to drop to 152,300 dinars for 100 dollars. This is compared to yesterday’s Saturday prices which were at 1,534,750 dinars for 100 dollars.

He pointed out that the selling prices of dollars in exchange shops at local markets in Baghdad decreased. The selling price reached 152,250 Iraqi dinars, while the purchasing price reached 151,250 dinars for every 100 dollars.

There was an increase in exchange rates in Erbil’s exchange shops. The selling price was 152,850 dinars for 1 US dollar, and the purchasing price was 152,750 dinars for 100 US dollars.
