The state of law calls on the democrat to abide by the decisions of the Federal Court

The State of Law parliamentary bloc urged the Kurdistan Democratic Party to abide by the Federal Court’s decisions today, Saturday.

The representative for the Territory of Regulation parliamentary coalition, Aqeel Al-Fatlawi, told , “The alliance is as excited about the freedoms of the Kurdish nation as we are on the privileges of our kin in the middle and the south, yet the choices of the Government Court are restricting on everybody.”

“Commitment to the constitution and the judiciary are the way out of all obstacles facing the political process,” he said in addition.

He went on to say, “The decisions of the Federal Court are a protection for the Kurds, the federal government, and Parliament, as they are the decisive factor in resolving all issues,” and this was his final statement.

“The Kurdistan Democratic Party’s withdrawal from the elections will only bring more disagreements,” he explained.

The Kurdistan Leftist faction declared a couple of days prior that it wouldn’t partake in the Kurdistan District races, in issue with the choices of the Government Court.
